What the figures, images and plans on this website mean, and what they don’t.

Effective and last updated 9 October 2026

Products in development

Qynetic Labs is developing its products. Vayu One is designed and in prototype development; QyneticOS is ready; Vayu Ultra and QyneticRT are in development; and the other Vayu boards and QChip are planned. Their features, specifications, availability and timing may change, and some may never be released.

Specifications and images

Unless a page says otherwise, specifications on this website describe our current design files. Figures for products and silicon that are planned or in development, including performance, power, cost and timing, are indicative or design targets: our best estimates and what we are aiming for, not measurements. All of them can change through prototyping, testing and certification.

Board images are renders of our KiCad design files, not photographs of finished products. Pin assignments, connectors, dimensions and components shown may differ in production hardware.

Performance figures

AI compute is quoted in TOPS (trillions of operations per second). TOPS is a peak, theoretical figure for an accelerator. Real-world performance depends on the model, its precision and quantisation, the software, memory bandwidth, cooling and power, and will usually be lower. Comparisons with other products are for general orientation only.

Forward-looking statements

Roadmaps, timelines, milestones, certification plans and descriptions of future products are forward-looking statements. They reflect our current plans and expectations, involve risks and uncertainties, and are not guarantees. We undertake no obligation to update them, except where the law requires.

No offer of securities

Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation or solicitation to subscribe for, buy or sell any shares or other securities of Qynetic Labs Private Limited, or investment advice. As a private company, our articles of association restrict the transfer of our shares, and we do not invite the public to subscribe for our securities. Mentions of fundraising are for information only. Any investment will be made only through private, written agreements, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable law.

Compatibility

When we say Vayu One is “Raspberry-Pi-compatible”, we mean that its 40-pin header follows the Raspberry Pi pin layout, so many add-on boards can connect. It does not mean every Raspberry Pi accessory or software package will work unchanged, and it does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, Raspberry Pi Ltd.
